AI PRODUCTS
In addition to complying with the above, users of our AI Products are prohibited from: Deploying AI techniques that manipulate, deceive, or distort user behavior. Exploiting vulnerabilities (age, disability, socioeconomic circumstances) to harm individuals. Using AI for biometric categorization of sensitive attributes unless legally compliant. Implementing AI-based social scoring that discriminates or harms individuals. Profiling individuals for criminal risk assessment based on non-behavioral factors. Compiling facial recognition databases through unauthorized means. Using AI to infer emotions in sensitive environments where discrimination may arise. Engaging in real-time remote biometric identification without legal justification and oversight.
ENFORCEMENT
Violations of this Policy may result in: Warnings or formal notices. Temporary or permanent suspension of access to our Services. Termination of your account for severe violations. Legal action, including reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Public disclosure of severe breaches to maintain transparency. CONTRIBUTIONS
By submitting Contributions, you warrant: Ownership of or rights to use the Contributions. Compliance with applicable laws. No infringement on third-party rights. Verifiable consent of identifiable individuals in Contributions. You agree not to submit Contributions that: Violate laws, regulations, or contractual obligations. Are defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or misleading. Exploit minors or promote violence. Contain unauthorized advertising or misrepresent identity.
